The UJN Attending the Joint Conference of the Confucius Institute in 2017

On May 18, 2017, the Joint Conference of the African Confucius Institute was held in Zambia's capital, Lusaka. People who participated the conference are more than 240 Chinese and foreign principals, deans and 20 Chinese and African enterprises and institutions from 48 Confucius Institutes and 6 Confucius Classrooms in 35 African countries. Representatives of our school are invited to attend the meeting.

The two sessions of the conference were held. With a total of three topics such as local teacher training, vocational and technical training and Chinese-funded enterprises, the sessions continued two days and respectively launched one theme plenary session and three subgroups as well as lectures such as Chinese and African cultural exchanges and Chinese medicine. During the meeting, the Confucius Institute in Africa (class) was also held.

During the meeting, the representatives of our school communicated with the Confucius Institute at the University of Mali (Mali) and the Chinese-funded enterprises in the Congo (Burkina Faso), and they discussed the cooperation and development of the Confucius Institute.
